WE WON!


When we say fun dining, we mean it: elbows on the table, sauce on your shirt, and flavors so bold they should come with a warning. This year, our iconic Cioppino Platter just scooped up Best Seafood Dish at the BBC Pro Chef Awards, and we’re still celebrating.



Chef Lalith cooked up our family-recipe Cioppino and took home Best Seafood Dish of the year at the Pro Chef Awards, and honestly, we’re not surprised.



Big Flavor, Bigger Win


Competing against some of Dubai’s most talented chefs, Chef Lalith presented our iconic Cioppino family recipe, a flavor-rich seafood classic that embodies the essence of Aprons and Hammers Dubai, unpretentious, fresh, and deeply satisfying. The dish captivated a panel of renowned independent chefs, who evaluated competitors on flavor, technique, ingredient use, and kitchen discipline.
